At Revved Up Auto and Performance, we stand behind the quality of our work — whether we’re doing standard repairs, performance upgrades, or occasional mobile services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand how refunds, cancellations, and warranty claims are handled.

🔧 1. Service Refunds (In-Shop & Mobile)

  • Standard Repairs: No refunds will be issued for completed mechanical services unless we are unable to resolve a confirmed workmanship issue.

  • Performance Work: Due to the nature of custom and performance upgrades (including tuning, engine builds, etc.), refunds are not offered once labor begins or parts are installed. However, if there is an issue with the work, we will make every reasonable effort to diagnose and correct it.

  • Mobile Services: Diagnostic or inspection fees for mobile service are non-refundable once the technician arrives on-site.

🚫 2. Cancellations

  • Shop Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund (if a deposit was taken).

  • Mobile Appointments: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50–$100 cancellation fee depending on travel time and prep work.

🧰 3. Parts Refunds

  • Standard Parts: Parts purchased through us may be eligible for return to us if unused and returned in original packaging within 15 days, and only if not installed.

  • Special-Order / Performance Parts: Non-refundable once ordered, unless the supplier accepts returns (subject to restocking fees, typically 15–25%).

  • Customer-Supplied Parts: We do not offer refunds or warranties on customer-supplied parts.

🏁 4. Performance Tuning & Custom Work

Performance tuning, ECU flashing, and custom builds are non-refundable due to the time, labor, and risk involved. We do not guarantee specific horsepower or performance gains unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to understand the legality of performance modifications in their jurisdiction.

🧾 5. Requesting a Refund or Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error occurred or are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days of the service date.

Please email or call us with:

  • Your name

  • Vehicle info (make/model/year)

  • Invoice number

  • Detailed description of the issue

We will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days. If the issue is related to workmanship or parts installed by us, we’ll schedule a follow-up at no additional charge.

🛡️ 6. Warranty Policy (Workmanship Only)

  • Most standard repairs include a 30-day or 1,000-mile workmanship warranty, whichever comes first.

  • Performance work may have limited or no warranty, especially in high-stress applications (track, racing, off-road use).

  • Warranty is void if the vehicle is modified, tuned, or repaired elsewhere after our service without allowing us the opportunity to inspect the issue.

⚠️ 7. Exclusions & Limitations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Damage caused by unrelated mechanical issues or misuse

  • Pre-existing conditions or undiagnosed secondary failures

  • Services already rendered and approved by the customer

  • Third-party inspections or repairs done without our prior knowledge
