Terms & Conditions — Revved Up Auto & Performance
1. Service Location
Revved Up Auto & Performance operates both as a mobile service and out of our primary shop location. While we offer mobile services in certain situations, we prefer and encourage customers to bring their vehicles to the shop for full diagnostic and repair capabilities. Mobile service availability is limited and based on technician discretion, job type, and distance.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Jobs requiring extensive teardown or diagnosis may require a non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the final bill.
3. Customer-Supplied Parts

We do not accept customer-supplied parts, unless you are a performance client with specialty parts that we have previously approved.

All customer parts must be new, vehicle-specific, and must be approved by us before scheduling the service.

We are not responsible for fitment issues, failure, or any damages caused by customer-supplied parts.

Labor warranties are void when using customer-supplied parts.
4. Warranty

We offer a 90-day labor warranty on repairs using parts we supply.

Parts warranty will follow the manufacturer’s policy.

No warranty is offered on diagnostic-only jobs or customer-supplied parts.

Performance modifications or track-use vehicles are not covered under warranty due to the nature of high-stress use.
5. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change after initial inspection.

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date provided.

Certain jobs may incur additional charges due to hidden damage or part availability.

Extra oil, coolant, fluids, or disposal fees will be added as needed and will be clearly stated on your invoice.
6. Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of work.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. (Let us know if you want to include or exclude any methods.)

Late payments are subject to a $25/day late fee unless prior arrangements are made.
7. Liability

While every precaution is taken, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing issues that become more apparent after service

Customer modifications that affect vehicle reliability

Damage due to improper use, neglect, or third-party interference

8. Performance Work

All performance modifications are done at the customer’s own risk.

We are not responsible for emissions compliance, legality, or registration issues stemming from performance upgrades.

Tuning services are non-refundable once the process has begun.

9. Performance Work & Tuning
All performance upgrades and tuning services are at your own risk. These services may affect drivability, emissions compliance, and legal street use. Tuning deposits are non-refundable once the process begins.
